This is the error on software, LCD driver programmed inappropriately. This problem exist in the first batch of shipping. I apologize for our mistake. This is not the hardware problem, you can either rewrite the flash with the new factory test firmware which is available in our official Arduino repository, or with other code . For Arduino operation on stickC, you could follow the Tutorial video on official website.<br />

Please try to burn new FactoryTest example with Arduino IDE.<br />
