I am suspecting a extrusions mould issue causing to little material to flow to that edge. Such an issue can be corrected on the extrusion mould by adding an extra channel.

It was just sitting on my desk and over the course of two days a crack appeared and gradually grew over the whole width. The other three edges show no problem. This is why I suspect a problem with the extrusion mould.
