Without opening M5CoreInk you probably cannot measure battery voltage with a multimeter. However you can use GPIO35 to read the battery voltage. Check out float getBatVoltage() here.

BTW: I've opened my M5CoreInk today and added some photos to my page (link below). Measuring power consumption in light sleep, deep sleep and shutdown will be next.

The voltage is always around 4.8 V and this could be the voltage after the SY7088. So I can use that voltage as an indicator for enough battery voltage only. If I have schematics then I have the chance to a little bit deeper. Until now I did not find the schematics, yet.

After updating the compilation worked and I can test the internal battery voltage over time.
