<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[ESPHome Heart Rate Display for Bluetooth Low Energy with M5Stack Core]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I created an <a href="https://esphome.io/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">ESPHome</a> configuration that gets your heart rate from a Bluetooth Low Energy fitness tracker and shows it on the display of an M5Stack Core. For now you need the ESPHome development version and it doesn't work with Wi-Fi because of memory usage of the BLE component, but other than that I find this really cool while working out at home with the heart rate sensor on my wrist:</p>
