I have both the RFID RC522 unit and UHF-RFID unit. I can easily configure the RC522 to read tags and cards and return the relevant tag id etc. However when I try with the UHF-RFID no information is returned.

I'm not sure If need specific types of tags for the UHF-RFID.

Any Pointers would be fantastic.

regards

RFID RC522 (most common for smart tags): 13.56MHz
UHF RFID (long range): 860 to 960 MHz

There are even more RFID frequencies like 125kHz, 134kHz... depending on the application and the country where it will be used.
