<p dir="auto">I've got a POE Camera and followed the instructions for setting it up that I could find, <a href="https://m5stack.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/resource/docs/products/unit/poe_cam/poe_cam_video_01.mp4" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">This Tutorial Video</a></p>
<p dir="auto">but when I get to the part where it asks me to enable the BurnerNVS option it appears I have another version of the program (Don't know if that affects it)</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1677050639390-screenshot-from-2023-02-22-08-22-56-resized.png" alt="0_1677050638414_Screenshot from 2023-02-22 08-22-56.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">and when trying to connect to the Camera, I get an error saying "Failed to connect burner nvs."</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1677050820922-screenshot-from-2023-02-22-08-25-52-resized.png" alt="0_1677050819987_Screenshot from 2023-02-22 08-25-52.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">how do I solve this?<br />
I tried searching the Forum for info but don't know if I'm missing some technical terms.</p>
<p dir="auto">best wishes, Mina</p>
