<p dir="auto">Want to use the rotary wheel from the M5Dial in UIFlow, but it fails.<br />
I assumed the Rotary hardware ist needed.</p>
<p dir="auto">What I did so far is, I added the Rotary Hardware to my project as in the picture below.</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1702939251661-9cf356f4-b86c-43d0-9fd6-920be5b703e6-image.png" alt="0_1702939250457_9cf356f4-b86c-43d0-9fd6-920be5b703e6-image.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">During execution I've got the error "AttributeError: 'Rotary' object has no attribute 'reset_rotary_value'". Looks the way I'm using ist is not the right one.</p>
<p dir="auto">Any ideas ?<br />
Kind regards</p>

<p dir="auto">you are not doing anything wrong. The M5Dial UIFlow2 alpha-28 firmware has a typo for this two commands. In both cases <code>value</code> has been misspelled as <code>vlaue</code>.</p>
<p dir="auto"><a class="mention plugin-mentions-user plugin-mentions-a" href="https://community.m5stack.com/uid/1">@M5Stack</a> : please fix. See <a href="https://github.com/m5stack/uiflow-micropython/pull/15" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">PR</a>. Thank you.</p>
<p dir="auto">Try using below commands in an Execute code block instead.</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1702942741266-ui2_m5dial_rotary_20231219.png" alt="0_1702942739578_UI2_M5Dial_Rotary_20231219.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
