WTF??

Few weeks ago I bought CoreS3 from official M5Stack store at Taobao.com
After I burned UIflow2 (ver. 2.0.5) using M5Burner (version 3.0.0, macOS), no dialog suggesting device binding appeared. (Before flashing the firmware I have done erasing using M5Burner, M5Burner is logged in my M5stack account: <myemail>@gmail.com).
After device connected to WiFi, I see that it is linked to another account (<some nubmers>@qq.com). This account does not belong to me.

WTF is that?

Does seller send me used CoreS3 and it is bound to another account?
Or is it bug in firmware or UI Flow servers databases?
How should I contact the M5Stack support to fix it?
