<p dir="auto">As you two advised, I tried pressing the button on the back while connecting to the USB and burning it, but I got the same error.<br />
I tried cables M5StackCORE2 and M5Station just before and they connected without any problems.</p>

This boot button have to be held pushed in while M5Dial is being connected to usb then let it go when com port detected.</p>

Have you checked your cables are good working Power and sync cables?<br />
Have you connected the Dial to the computer?<br />
