<![CDATA[New user having trouble with "download" mode (Atom Lite S3)]]>Well, I'm stuck at about as basic a point as is possible. Got a new Atom Lite S3. Connected to Windows 10, it appears in Device Manager as USB JTAG/serial debug unit.

Now I want to flash a firmware with m5burner, but I'm doing it wrong. I hold the reset button, the green LED comes on, I release the button and the LED goes off. Click "burn" --> "get mac failed." Tried different sequences of this and always the same result.

Any help appreciated!

But once i changed over to my usb-a port, it's all working fine.
