How can I connect M5 paper and read my google sheet.

two problems:
1 I use a new M5paper with two new USB cables USBA-USBC and USBC-USBC both give sometimes an error " to much power an USB port" the M5paper is the only device connected.

2 When it works I am on port com6.
I can burn the M5 with the M5 burner I tried calculator and it works.
But when I try the UIflow IDE local on my laptop and I want to upload "helloWorld" it gives first M5 connecting and then always the error "code uploading failed maybe your device is offline"?? I work direct on the USB? device M5 or Laptop ?
