@ajb2k3 Register process is done with M5 Burner, isn't it?

@ciconde yes when you erase and burn new firmware to the controller

UIFlow, so easy an adult can learn it!

I've ether not learned it or am too drunk to remember it!

M5Black, Go, Stick, Core2, and so much more it cant be fit in here!

@ajb2k3 Just did exactly that: first erase, then burned the firmware.

M5Burner was logged in, but no dialog to bind the device:

Why there's no option nor dialog to bind? I'm using M5Burner latest version, just downloaded it...

I'd like to suggest a bind button on the UI to bind a successfully connected device, so this process would be even better.

            Thanks!

Are you sure that you are burning UIFlow2 and not UIFlow?
UIFlow has a manual connection method.

No, being regular M5stack Core2 and regular Atom Lite they are not S3 and therefore I can't burn UIFlow2. Am I wrong?

I can't recall the manual binding method for UIFlow, would you be so kind of clarifying this?
Long time ago, when I burnt my old devices the burner would ask me if I wanted to bind.
This is the only procedure I know.

Core2 is one of the few (only?) platforms you can use with either, at the moment.

I know this because I burned Uiflow2 and Uiflow1 both, on my Core2 AWS, last Friday.

Uiflow1 is more complete at the moment, so that is what I am using for the next couple of weeks at least, until more stuff is added to Uiflow2, which is still in Alpha.

@ciconde UIFlow 1 devices show an api code on the screen which has to be typed into UIFlow manually. UIFlow 2 devices don’t show this code and requests to bind during the firmware burning process

UIFlow 1 devices formerly had a way to add them to my user.
Not only they show in my Device Manager, they also refuse to be downloaded anonymously, which is great.

I don't find how to do it anymore.

Please mind all this issue is around binding a device to an user, not how to bind them to the programming tool, which is OK with API KEY.

                          UIFl0w2?
You need to log into M5Burner with your forum details and when you erase and burn UIFLOW2 firmware you will be asked to register device to your account
