Former Liverpool footballer and current Al-Ahly player Roberto Firmino shared his opinion on the departure of Zeljko Buvac, former deputy general director for sports of Dynamo, from the coaching staff of the Merseysiders.
"The boss considered himself the heart of the coaching staff, Pete (Kravitz) was his eyes, and Zeljko was his brain. Klopp's right-hand man, Zeljko actively participated in the training sessions, led them, organized everything. His passing in 2018 was a bit strange for all of us; no one understood what had happened. To this day, we don't know anything about Zeljko, we haven't heard anything. At that time, there were rumors that they had a disagreement over some kind of contract signing. To be honest, I never asked the boss about it," Firmino writes in his autobiography.
