Is possible to create similar machine as mesh gotenna.com or https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sonnet/sonnet-decentralized-mobile-communication and lora communications for emergency?
I need using NNTP completly offgrid. (solar panel?)

That is totally doable. You don't even need all the ESP32 processing power to get such device up and running. Even ESP8266 might be an overkill for such a simple mesh device.

lora have more range. wifi is not usefull for emergency communications.
