M5Burner fails to start on Windows 10

I fail to get M5Burner to start on one of my computers. It hangs with a white screen. Can I get it to log errors somehow?
I've tried to download and unzip several times, same problem.

Try to open with administrator rights? We have never encountered the situation you mentioned
