UnitV2: does not work on MacOS

Hello everyone,
My UnitV2 works well in Windows 10 for 'Face detector' and other built in functions.
However, on Mac(Big Sur 11.4) , only the camera stream work, other functions do not work.
I have already upgraded the firmware.I would appreciate any help on how to solve this problem.

That seems to have some compatible issues with macOS Safari. you could try to use chrome .
