Core 2 will not Flash

I've just bought a Core2 and am completely new. In order to connect to UI Flow, I understand that the device needs to be flashed.
However, the flash tool gives a JavaScript error on both flashing and erasing - so it's not managed to connect.

Have you installed the USB TTL drivers needed for M5Burner to communicate ?
