M5GO starter kit non-response and black screen

Recently, I have had much non-response from my C210 kit, as I have only been able to erase installed firmware and not burn any firmware, except the firmware for the ENV2 sensor... nothing else works and it only shows a black screen when restarting... any assistance appreciated?
