16Bit PWM possible with M5Stack Core 2

Hey there. I'm trying to run pin 25 and 26 with PWM in 16 Bit on the M5Stack Core2 using UIFlow. I did the same on the M5Stack Core using Arduino and it work. Has anyone got an idea where the problem is?
I think the result is only 12 Bit.
