When i download my arduino code to my M5StickC Plus i always get this errror messege " "A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet header"

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this.

Have you got the correct port selected for the M5StickCPlus in arduino?
UIFlow, so easy an adult can learn it!
If I don't know it, be patient!
I've ether not learned it or am too drunk to remember it!
