 help me, I just bought m5stickcplus, charged it, turned it on, and now it doesn't connect to the PC either. please help me I'm a complete noob in this device

помогите я только купил m5stickcplus зарядил включил и вот к пк тоже не подключается. помогите пожалуйста я полный нуб в это устройстве
