Post temp to webpage AtomS3Lite

Im trying to figure out how to post a Temp and Humidity from ENV3 and a AtomS3Lite to a simple webpage using UIFlow. I just want to beable to type whatever the IP address that serial shows into my computers web browser and see what values the sensor is giving. Im able to see the Temp, Humidity, and IP Address currently in serial. but Lost on the HTTP part.
