Hello, Again the problem everybody seems to have. So I try to summarise my situation:

      • It crasehd in an update, dont ask me why.
      • After this, I can not reset the core2. I pushed the 2 buttons in every possible time and combination.
      • The windows does not see the USB/COM 6 anymore.
      • The Core2 is not dead because it does clic clic clic in the speaker.
      • I tried to unplug the battery and plug again, nothing.
=> Do I just have to bin it and order the next one? or is there a way to get this great device back to a normal life? :-)

Sorry, but I will close the topic by giving the answer myself :-).
I was realy lost but tried the following (based on some other reading)

        • I changed the cable and took the short usb cable that I found in the box.
        • I plugged, made myself ready with the erase process
        • I pressed the on, pressed the reset and released, release the on
        • The com6 was again an option on the m5 burner.
        • I started by erasing, the clic clic was still present.
        • I burned a new firmware, the machine is working again.
I hope it will help similar cases :-)
