Stamp IO to create additional serial interfaces

Dear all,
Is it possible to extend the number of serial interfaces using the Stamp IO?
Or should i use someother solution. I realise closed questions, but suggestions are also welcome.

It is possible as the stamp IO is a reprogrammable STM32f03
UIFlow, so easy an adult can learn it!
If I don't know it, be patient!
I've ether not learned it or am too drunk to remember it!
