Developer wanted: PNG display app

Hello - I'm fairly new to the M5Stack world, and am interested in the potential of the system. However, I'm short on time so I'd rather try to pay someone for a particular task I have in mind.

I need to have code (don't care what kind of code - there seem to be a variety of choices of environments) that will display a series of PNG files on the screen. The PNG files are downloaded periodically (or not, if they've not changed) and the files themselves and their timing is further described by a JSON file which is also downloaded periodically.

I have a more complete description written up, but this is the rough idea. There are lots of additional features that could be added here, but getting the PNG display rotation is the first start.
