AtomS3R M12のレンズ距離による画質低下について

お世話になります。
AtomS3R M12について、公式のexampleを試していたところ、画質の悪さが気になり
M12レンズのクリアランスを調整したところ正常化しました。
ただし、調整後もケースをつけると、ケースによる圧迫によりまた画質が悪くなるようで、調整がかなり難しいです。
この問題は既知のものでしょうか？
解決策があればご教授いただけますと幸いです
