ToF Hat is not working with Firmware 1.6.2

I am trying to get ToF Hat working again.
Any time I am trying to access Tof I am getting the message: Tof is not supported in UI-Flow.
I tried to flash FW 1.4.5.1 but it fails due to Memory-Size.
