How to power M5 Core2 with LAN module

Hello everybody, I'm working in a project and I have one question.
The project consist in a system remotely programmable so I'm using the LAN module K012-B.
As you know, this module have an addicional input supply. The question is the following. Can I power all the system by this way and if I need to reprogramming be able to connect the USB port ? The 2 at the same time. I look the schematic but I doesn't find any protective diode.
