      Hi
      I have just received my M5Stack Core2 ESP32.
I powered it up by connecting it to the USB port of my PC and it started up without any problem: screen display, led lighting etc.
I stopped it by pressing the power off button for a few seconds.
Since then, I can't restart it. The screen remains black. No led lights up. Does anyone have an idea? Maybe is it definitively out of order ?

I am having the exact same problem. In addition to the black screen, I also hear a constant clicking. Now, my computer won't recognize device and the USB port. Still looking for a solution so i don't have to return it, for the 2nd time.

What revision are you using as my AWS works fine. Have you tried using M5Burner to erase and rewrite the firmware

@susbhaga have you tried charging the battery and then erasing and returning UIFlow2?

Guys I was having the same issue but with a CoreS3 a clicking noise and the touch and the screen were gone, but when I got it back to the original firmware worked fine, then I supposed was the firmware that I was burning for it, the latest but I guess they did not tested on all the controllers, when back again to burn the firmware for IUFlow2 and went down one version and that solve all the problems, do not put the latest firmware on it.

                    Hello @technochoa

for M5CoreS3 there is an UIFlow2.0 firmware v2.1.6-hotfix available which works for me.

BTW: there is also a v2.1.6-hotfix available for M5Core2 and M5Core.

                    Thanks
