LoRaWAN Unit 868

When registering the LoRaWAN Unit 868 at The Things Network, the correct LoRaWAN version has to be specified. I could not find documentation on that. Is it "LoRaWAN Version MAC V1.0.2"? Same question for "Frequency plan" and "Regional parameters version". Is "Europe 863-870 MHz (SF9 for RX2 - recommended)" and "PHY V1.0.2 REV B" correct?
