      Hi!

I just wanna show you my new invention ... the M5Stack Data Gloves :-)

The design based on the DIY arduimu gloves (which you can´t find any longer because the website is down :-( ).
Anyway. I redesigned some parts, learned sewing and now I`m close to build the sensor stuff.
I did some work on the code, too ...

Will keep you up to date if I did my first tests und if the code part is done.

      So be patient :-)

      Dominik

@moelski looks super cool, what kind of sensors are you putting in it? flex sensors in the fingers? I made a simple music glove before with flex sensors it was a lot of fun. Look forward to seeing more on this project.

          Hi,

Correct. I use 4 Flex Sensors in the Fingers. They 2,2" types from SparkFun.
I hope to get them working until sunday ...

Did you have any photos? How did you sew the glove?
I found it really hard to get this glove as far as it is now. There are not really a lot of information in the web available ...

@moelski found the pictures, I hacked together some cheap gloves instead of making the gloves from scratch and stuck the flex sensor in between the layers of fabric. It wasn't very sophisticated just a funny musical gadget to amuse my students.

Wow, Dominik! Your M5Stack Data Gloves project looks incredible, love how you’ve combined coding, sensors and sewing into one creative design.
Can you try touchscreen-friendly gloves to explore how your sensors interact with touchscreens?
