V-training service is not active for a while

Hi, V-training service is not active from Sep 25, 2022 and my request is not processed for a while. Does anybody help to process V-training service on the site (http://v-training.m5stack.com/)?

Jimmy did reply on twitter that there was an issue they found with V-Training and they were in the process of rebuilding the server as they couldn’t get to to work with some of the devices.
