I have been working on collecting acceleration data with an IMU unit, but I am not sure what units of acceleration are being reported. The internal MPU units appeared to be in G's and full scale of 2 G's based on gravity and Core2 orientation. I now am using an external IMU unit, but 1 G based on gravity appears to be reporting about 10. Is this in m/s^2, or is there some other scaling going on?
