Switching Power Supply Control Project

Hi, I'm a complete beginner in design (and other areas).
I have a 15V power supply that needs to be stepped down to 5V—I'm leaning towards using a switching power supply (https://www.oyostepper.com/category-45-b0-Switching-Power-Supply.html) because efficiency is important for this project.
Additionally, I need a regulator with three output ports to power three different devices.
I'm unsure which regulator to use and what other components I'll need to build this power supply.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
