Our facility features state-of-the-art amenities designed to promote physical and mental well-being. We offer two traditional dry saunas heated to 210°F, two full-spectrum infrared saunas, chromotherapy, Halo-One therapy, and four individual cold plunges ranging from 55°F to 41°F.
