Hello! I’m Bharat, working on logistics and quality control for the Ain Dubai ticket tours. I coordinate the timing of rides, check schedules, and ensure that each observation cabin is ready—clean, with good climate control, functioning glass, and excellent view. I also oversee guest arrival tracking, help with transfers if chosen, and monitor guest satisfaction so that every ride meets our high standards.
