My name is Rebecca T. Miller, and I have been deeply embedded in the world of IT for over nine years now, with a focus on scalable solutions servicing very high-traffic sports betting and iGaming sites in emerging markets.
Originally, I'm from Atlanta, Georgia, where I got my degree in computer science and began my career building the backend for fintech start-ups. However, the adventure really started six years ago when I moved to Accra, Ghana, initially on a contractual basis but decided to stay for good because, honestly, I fell in love with the vibe in this country—football crazy fans (Black Stars forever!), the uptake of digital betting, and the exciting opportunity to develop innovations that directly touch the lives of the masses in West Africa.
