Hello, my flight on Delta Airlines BWI Terminal was excellent. The terminal was modern and inviting, with easy-to-read signs and plenty of comforts. I was impressed with the courtesy of the Delta personnel—everyone was friendly and accommodating. Boarding was efficient and easy, and the flight departed on schedule. I enjoyed how neat and cozy the gate waiting area was.". In comparison to some of the other terminals I've departed from, Delta at BWI is particularly efficient and pleasant. If you're departing out of Baltimore, I highly suggest flying out with Delta. They make the entire airport experience so much simpler.
