Megalis 20 mg is a medication that contains tadalafil, similar to the 10 mg dose, but with a higher strength. Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as occasionally prescribed for pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).
