Hello! From the time we arrived at the Turkish Airlines BEY Terminal flight, everything went very smoothly. The check-in staff were very patient, particularly when our young one was cranky and we needed to re-arrange our luggage. They were courteous and not in any hurry, which we greatly appreciated. We were smoothly boarded through the process, and there were helpful staff on hand to answer questions. The amenities were in good condition and clean, which contributed to our comfort. Family travel can be hectic, but Turkish Airlines at made it seem placid and easy.
