Unit V2 GUI Doesn't Have All Features

My Unit V2 doesn't behave as expected. The web GUI doesn't display results and the instructions in the facial recognition app describe buttons that don't exist. Do I need a firmware update?

yes its could be old FW burned, i think i was the same with my unit,
go to https://docs.m5stack.com/en/quick_start/unitv2/update
and follow the guide.
