Desperately Seriously Need Help Programming/Coding!!!!

Can someone please PLEASE help tell me what to do with UiFlow 2.0 using a yellow M5 little block sensor thing?? This stuff is like a language from another planet for me and this post is my last resort to figure out how to program/code it for the below:
Write a program that will:
a. Read the soil moisture sensor value from the watering unit.
b. Compare the value to a defined threshold (30,000 should do nicely).Also..
Change the LCD color if the value falls below the threshold.THANK YOU EVERYONE THAT CAN HELP IN A DESPERATE SITUATION!!!!!!!!!!

for start: what hardware do you have for this task, are you able to update firmware via M5Burner to your controller?
