Can the Cat Ears be connected and driven by the M5stickC? I was curious due to the amount of LEDs (118) on the cat ears. Seems like the LEDs would require quite a bit of power and I wasn’t sure if the stickC could handle it.

No, not directly.
You need to use a GroveT and provide additional power to the leds through the groveT
UIFlow, so easy an adult can learn it!
If I don't know it, be patient!
I've ether not learned it or am too drunk to remember it!
