      Hi, I recently purchased M5Stack device, Initially i plugged in USB C cable and connected to my laptop. I saw the initial loading graphics and Button test also. But when i reconnected the device, it not powering up...is it burned ? how to make sure that my device is not burned or i dont know why its not powering up...? please help me...

        @satishboddu .which device are you use? M5StickC? BASIC? if PC can identify the device COM you could try to erase the Flash then , upload the firmware a again.

          @m5stack I purchased 2 M5STacks Basic, for my Azure IoT project. Yes, my PC can recognize the device when i connect it, could you please guide me the link where i find the direct firmware and steps to reload it?

            @m5stack Ah Thank you! I used Easy Loader and updated the firmware! Your help is awesome! I can see the device working now.
