      Set time using NTP host reports an error for the 'year' and needs to be set using a constant.
      Hour reports incorrectly. 1 hour needs to be added for UTC + time zone.

              ok, I think I see now what you mean. Interestingly there seems to be a difference between Hardware - RTC and Advanced - NTP. Using the functions from RTC then yes, the hour is off by 1. If I use the NTP functions, the hour is correct.
