Can I keep using Arduino IDE after burning UIFlow?

I'm currently using Arduino IDE to program my Core2. Unfortunately some Units won't work using Arduino, but seem to work using UIFlow
I was thinking to burn UIFlow on the Core2.
Am I then limited to UIFlow only or can I also use Arduino IDE alternately?

Yes and no.
UIFlow uses micropython which runs off the controller. Arduino uses a C/C++ cross which wipes the micropython each time.
