Timer Camera X: improve image quality

Just started up my Timer Camer X and is running the web_cam example from here: https://github.com/m5stack/TimerCam-arduino
It works, but I'm a bit surprised over the bad image quality. The video stream image is blurry. Is this image quality expected or can it be improved in any way?
