New Core2 not turning on

Hello everyone I just bought a core2 but I cant turn it on, if I press on the on button nothing happens , it doesn't seems to charge either. I don't know what to do, Please help.

How long have you tried to charge it for and have you tried to burn the firmware to it?

Something similar happened with my device (Core2); even with full charge it doesn't turn on!! in my case I tried to burn firmware, but it seems to freeze and won't restart. Any way to recover the equipment? I just bought!!

@rikarddoms What firmware did you try to burn? What program language IDE are you using?

Use M5Burner to erase the firmware and burn UIFLOW2 for Core2/Core2AWS.
once the process is complete and the button turn green, close M5Burner and press the reset button.
