      I received an Atom S3R and the screen doesn't work. I've erased and installed the correct firmware and still no screen. Anyone know any tricks to get working?

        Hi Kramph,
        Have you tried to burning the UIFlow firmware? Does the device appear in the UIFlow device list?

        Good morning, and welcome to the Black Mesa Transit System.

          @kuriko
          It does appear in the device list and I've flashed it with the proper firmware through the UIFlow program. Even tried erasing first. M5 sent me a coupon to replace it, but there's no Atom S3R's in stock right now. Will get a new one when they are available.

            Hello,

            I also have a recently purchased AtomS3 (about 2 months ago) and today, out of nowhere, the screen died and nothing appears anymore.

            Nothing bad was done on it, a project was running normally. I've done everything until now:

            • I've reset it, nothing work.
            • I flashed the project again successfully (its hit 100% but nothing appears on the screen.

            I did the reset, erase, etc, etc.. and nothing.

            Other projects, such as Ui2Flow2, load 100%, without any errors, but nothing is displayed on the screen. Leading me to believe that the screen simply burned out.

            Is there anything else I can try or should I throw it in the trash?

            Best regards,

              Since you have tried so many things, it should be determined that this is a hardware problem and you should contact the seller.

                @kuriko I bought it at the M5 store and as returning the item is impossible, I will have to throw it in the trash. Here's a tip NOT to buy the AtomS3, because from what I've seen, it's a chronic problem with the device and a lot of people have the same problem
