      Hi, I register an account and then I burn UIFlow2.0 to the M5Stickc Plus 2.
      M5Burner asks to bind the device and I agree.
      Next, I would change the bounded account with another one and I delete my account from M5stack without first unbinding the M5Stickc Plus 2.
      I think I made a mess because now that I register my account to M5Stack again, I can't see my bounded device and so I cannot unbind it.
      Please help.
      Thanks.

        I already try to reburn the UIFlow2.0 to the M5Stickc Plus 2 with M5Burner using this account, but when I log in UFlow2 website I cannot see my device listed.
        I also try to burn the UIFlow1.0 and, even if I can use the device via API key and run programs, I cannot see my device listed in "My device" section.
        Thanks.

          so You can't log in to old account and unregister device in uiflow2?

          I don't think you can bind device in to different account when it's binded already to different account.

          Its all based on its MAC address not what firmware or project is loaded to it

          M5StickC, M5StickCPlus, M5StickCplus2,M5GO, M5Core, M5Tough, M5Core2, M5 Demo Board, M5Dial, M5Paper, M5Atom, M5Cardputer, M5StampS3, CoreMP135, StamPLC, AirQ, M5Tab

            @robski , thanks for replying.
            Yes I cannot log in to old account because I deleted it... It was my fault to not unbind the device before... Today I emailed m5stack support and they tell me that they will unbind the device for me. I only have to send them the MAC address.
            Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to rebind the device and have it listed in UIFlow2 under my account again.
            Very quick and good m5stack support indeed :)
